If you're not completely satisfied with your Meleemats purchase, simply contact us with your order ID. Returns with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via store credit based on the original method of payment once merchandise is received by us. Returns made with a gift card will be refunded as store credit.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase is not refundable as part of your return or exchange. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
